Cynthia has been in the organic farming field for over 10 years, she started an organic farm using her knowledge in business environment. That made her doing organic farming in a different way. It proves to be a successful one in term of local farm product branding, re-invent a traditional herbal tea, promote and use of local seeds, a farm business model ... ...

When Cynthia started The Little Garden Organic Farm, she was a woman with just 98lbs. It was an extremely challenging project for her as she needed to do everything by herself, from propagation, research of herbs, learnt all the manual farming skills ... ... to marketing and sales, packaging design and branding strategies. The result was prominent as her herbal tea brand ''Present ! Organic Tea'' was believed to be the first herbal tea brand that started from soil to tea-pot in Hong Kong ! Not to mention she re-invented the Frangipani flower tea to enhance its aesthetic and shared the knowledge with fallow organic farmers.
