It's our pleasure and honor to have the opportunity to learn the making of traditional rice dumplings from local villager Sister Ling. She generously shares her secrets, making the workshop fun and enjoyable one. Her rice dumpling is so far we find the best in town.

The success of the workshop is beyond our expectations! We are surprised by the enthusiasm of so many young local villagers who are interested in the workshop. Some of them who come back from overseas express that they feel their identities through learning the local traditional food. We are so happy to make this little contribution.
